A section looks empty. Why?
Most sections hide themselves when they have no content (for example the countdown banner without an end date) or fall back to a safe default (a featured collection with no collection selected shows all products). Check that the section's settings are filled in.
How do I remove a section?
In the Theme Editor, hover over the section, click the ⋯ menu and choose Remove. Before saving, you can undo with Ctrl + Z.
Why are my images blurry?
Upload images at least 2× the size they're displayed — for example 2400 px wide for full-width banners. Shopify serves smaller versions automatically on mobile.
The theme feels slow. What can I do?
Compress images before uploading (ideally under 300 KB each), remove sections you don't use, and limit the number of installed apps — apps are the most common cause of slow stores.
Will changing themes delete my products?
No. Products, collections, pages, menus, customers and orders are stored in Shopify and are shared by every theme.
Can I edit the theme code?
Yes, via ⋯ → Edit code. Duplicate the theme first, and keep a note of your changes — they need to be re-applied when you update to a new version.
