Open any product in the Theme Editor (use the page selector at the top) and click Product information. Add, remove and reorder blocks to design your product page.

Color swatches
Variant options named Color (or Colour) are shown as swatches. Define the colors under Theme settings → Product card → Color swatches using the format Name:#hex, for example:
Gold:#B79A65, Silver:#C0C0C0, Rose Gold:#B76E79Gift wrapping
Create a regular product called Gift Wrap (hidden from collections if you like), then select it in the Gift wrap product setting of the block.
